What is foot mask?

Much like a face mask, a foot mask is a salve that you coat your feet with. They can come in thick creams or in booties, but both have the same effect. As mentioned above, as the foot mask dries, it pulls impurities out of the body and boosts your foot’s circulation. As a bonus, it also eliminates odours and exfoliates and moisturizes the skin, making it smooth and supple.

How To Use A Foot Mask

The process is incredibly simple and a run down of the steps are as follows:
1. Apply a thin layer of the foot mask product (if using a cream based mask) all over your feet, being sure not to miss any crevices.
 2. Wait for the foot mask to fully dry, which depending on the product and method you choose, can take anywhere from 3-10 minutes.
 3. Rinse off or remove the foot mask using warm water and then follow up with a foot cream to lock in the moisture.
